Sportrock Community Clips

The vision: highlight the incredible community surrounding Sportrock, one of DC’s most well-known climbing gyms.

One of the best parts of this project is the incredible team that I’m working with to make it all happen. All of us are climbers + media professionals, so we know what a climbing profile video should look like and technically how to make that happen. In practice, we’re learning something new on every shoot and working to improve the skills of everyone involved. I’m learning so much about storytelling and directing that I’m already seeing payoffs in other projects.

While I served in all the roles mentioned throughout the project, I was only a Director of Photography for the first episode.
